Located in Ozona a quiet town near everything. If you have never been here it is a town you  will come back to time and time again.There are no super grocery stores in town but there are five great eating and social  resturants within walking distance. It is a golf cart legal town (golf cart available to my guest).

The home is located on a canal that goes directly to the Gulf of Mexico. It has a private dock for fishing, canoeing (canoe available to my guest), or just watching the Manatees (during season), relax in the hot tub, enjoying the the private patio, 700sq,ft, deck or the game area with pool table, Karaoke and bar.

Two Bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dining room, Fireplace, eat in kitchen, Washer/dryer on premises.

All linens and towels included.

Kitchen has Microwave, stove/oven, refrigiator, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and dishes

Master suite has kingsize bed with on-suite bathroom including a large jet tub (with a beautiful view of the canal), shower, and private door to deck and hot tub.

Second bedroom has a queen bed, and additional futon is available in f/r.

Second bathroom has shower.

Wireless internet, flat screen tv, fireplace.

        Clearwater Beach only 20 minutes away.

 Innisbrook Golf and Tennis Club and Tarpon Springs Golf club withen five minutes.

Nitely RATE is minimum three nights

Depost required $500.00 to confirm /hold dates for your stay and used as security deposit while you are here. Non-refundable if canceled within 3 weeks of your stay.  Refundable on day you depart as long as no damage to property.

Cleaning fee:  WEEKLY STAY $75.00,   MONTHLY STAY $150.00 (includes complete maid service every other week
