This 4 story building nested at the end of a private road on top of Philipsburg (Sint Maarten's Capital) offers the seclusion one might be looking for while offering close proximity to the town's center and all it's activities and shops as well as the beautiful Great Bay beach.

Kitchens all have microwave, oven and cooking range, dishwasher, american fridges and freezer. Living rooms are equipped with sofas, coffee tables, dining tables and chairs, TV, Internet access.
AC is all over the units with independant splits in each room.
Each bedroom has it's own dressing and bathroom, and there is a toilet in the main living area. Large balconies equipped with tables and chairs offer great views while providing ample shade.
Covererd and closed garage space for each unit + 2 outside parking spaces per unit. Common pool with jacuzzi, as well as outdoor BBQ with gazebo.
