Vacation Rental Description

Our oceanfront 1-bedroom condo is in a secured high-rise building 
located right on the most beautiful beach on the Leeward coast of 
Oahu. It has the most sunny and dry weather. This side is well known 
as warm and sunny all year round . Our 1/3 mile private beach is 
never too busy. The surf changes year around, from small waves to big 
surf in the winter seasons. Whales, dolphins and turtles are seen 
from your lanai. This unit is all new. Fully remodel. Without a doubt 
one of the nicest in the building. Parking if free in the gated 
parking lot. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Hawaiian Princess has free parking, beachside swimming pool 
with hot tub, sun deck and showers, barbeque area with gas grills, 
tennis court. Private beach. 
The condo has  unobstructed 180-degree ocean view with everything
that may be needed for a perfect vacation. This condo sleeps 2
comfortably in queen-size bedroom and queen-size sleep sofa in living
room. Kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with refrigerator,
electric range, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker,
blender and mixer. Includes TV, VCR, and stereo, telephone with
answering machine, washer/dryer, iron/board, hairdryer, all linens,
beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler and dryer
rack for wet clothes.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy your vacation on 1/3 mile of never crowded beautiful 
white sand beach, which is your front yard. In addition to the beach 
and tennis there are two golf courses less than 2 miles away.  
Snorkeling is right out front; just walk into the ocean. Shoreline 
fishing. Chartered fishing, go out on dolphin snorkeling tours (boat 
harbor is 5 minutes drive), bike/surf equipment rental (Makaha 
Surfing Beach is 1 mile away), hiking, 16 plex movie 
theater,restaurants, water park  (20 minutes ride). Honolulu is just 
45 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum stay is 5 days ($725-800)
2007 weekly rates $980-$1120 
Four week rate = $3200. 
$300-500 returnable security deposit
Plus Hawaii tax (11.92%) and cleaning fee ($85.00)
Cancellation policy:Full refund if 45 days prior, minus $50 Admin. fee
50% deposit required within 7 days of booking. 
Balance due 45 days before arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR CONDO IS NON-SMOKING and NO PETS!!
