This beautiful new property offered by Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals, is an easy walk or bike ride to all the pleasures that the Mesa area has to offer. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers an inviting feel from the moment you pull in to the driveway.

The main house has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed and a nicely appointed bathroom. The first guest room has a bunk bed with twin on top and full size bed below and the second guest room has a queen-size bed. Both guest rooms share a bathroom. There is also a separate Casita that serves as second master suite with its own bedroom and king-size bed, bathroom and living room with queen-size sofa sleeper. The layout of the main house and the addition of the Casita, create a perfect space for families to gather or couples who are traveling together.

When it's time to relax or watch a movie, the spacious and comfortable family room is the perfect spot! You will enjoy the large flat screen television with surround sound system or the kids can try their luck on the Playstation.

Chef's can also take advantage of the nicely appointed Gourmet Kitchen that is equipped with top of the line appliances and stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal.

If you feel like exploring Santa Barbara you can jump on the beach cruisers that are provided and take a short ride to the beach, or a 5 minute walk to the nearby Mesa retailcenter that provides the Lazy Acres gourmet market, Starbucks, pharmacy, DVD rentals and more. You are also only a 5 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara where you can explore the Paseo Nuevo mall and some of the best restaurants in Central California.
