Beach House Memories in Ponte Vedra Beach

Beach House Memories is a beautiful beach front home with wide expanses, in a split level, contemporary layout.  The home has views of both the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intercoastal Waterway to the west.  The master suite is located high above the beach with spectacular views and it's own fireplace and large luxurious bath.  The Atlantic Ocean (with no car access) is just out the back door, accessed by a private walkway over the dunes.

The house has just been updated and refreshed with brand new sliding glass doors and windows in living room, fresh paint and more. The house has quality furnishings, wifi, full kitchen and artful beachy decor to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible.   

Comfortably sleeping 11 guests, Beach House Memories is 2,700 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths - one bathroom can conveniently be accessed from the deck which leads to the beach. The kitchen has granite countertops, brand new stove top, and dishwasher and a convenient undercounter icemaker. The dining table can be easily extended to seat 12. The main living area is open and clean with entertainment center and fireplace.  A  loft, located just above the living room, has a desk and pull-out couch that sleeps an additional 2. 

Bedrooms:

Master suite: (Top floor) 1 King-sized bed and a queen sized fold out couch in main room for extra guests (or young kids).  Fireplace.  A large walk in closet.  A large bath featuring a deep tub with it's own view of the ocean, if you dare.  Separate shower and toilet room for privacy.  

Loft just outside of master suite is a perfect area for reading, lounging or even catching up on business at the office with a comfortable desk and sitting area.  The sofa opens for an additional bed, as needed.

Bedroom #2: Located on the main floor adjacent to the Living room.  Overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway to the west.  1 Full-sized bed.

Bedrooms #3 & 4: Located on Lower level. These rooms, separated by a lovely bathroom with access to the deck, have 2 Twin beds (can easily be pushed together to make a King), and a queen sized bed in other.

Off Peak- October 1, 2012 -March 1, 2013 - $1,800 a week

Spring - March 2, 2013 - May 30, 2013 - $2,400 a week

Peak / Summer- May 31, 2013 -Aug 29, 2013 - $3,000 a week

Notes:

Minimum $500 reservation/damage deposit required on all reservations of one week or less. Reservation deposit is refunded within two week after check out, assuming no damage to the property, abuse, or excessive cleaning is required.

Cleaning fee for all rentals is $200.

10% tax applies to all rents and fees (refundable deposits excluded)
