Waterfront townhouse in Tampa

This Townhouse sits on a canal only a few feet from Tampa Bay. Lovely views and wildlife can be seen from the deck and dock.  A 2 seat sit atop Kayak is available to explore the mangroves and bay waters and to look for Manatees and dolphin.

. The master bedroom has a queen bed which sleeps 2 adults. Guest bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds, or can be configured as a king bed, and sleeps 2 adults. Guest bedroom 2 is configured as an office with a futon that opens into a double size bed, which would comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 smaller children. Additional bedding and sleeping options within the townhouse include a large comfortable leather couch (but not a sleeper), an inflatable twin size air mattress, and a twin size roll away cot.

Close to Tampa International airport, the Westshore and International Plaza malls, Westshore and Rocky Point Island restaurants and Bucs stadium.  Tampa has a zoo, the Florida Aquarium, the Hard Rock casino, Busch Gardens and Legends baseball field. .  St. Pete is across the bridge as well as Clearwater. Total travel time to beaches is approximately 30 to 40 minutes.  Ideal location for getting around.  Public Golf course at Rockypoint is only a 5 minute drive from townhouse.
