If you're looking for a private romantic spot, or a business
person looking for some quiet....look no further.
Our home boasts a panoramic view of upper Narragansett Bay.
Take a relaxing stroll along your own private sandy salt water beach
that is literally steps from the door.Or,if you prefer, sit back,
relax with your favorite beverage, and watch the sailboat races (in
season) from the privacy of your second story deck. At the end of
the day, the outdoor Hot Tub is the perfect spot to view the
colorful sunsets,or,later,view the starlit sky.
This home boasts a brand new kitchen with new full size
appliances.The living room with it's rich wood vaulted ceilings, new
furnishings, and large stone fireplace has a fantastic view of the
bay. The master bedroom. also newly furnished has a queen size
pillow top bed and two large closets with a full bath attached.
One flight up is a bright, cheery, newly furnished bedroom with
a queen size pillow top and a sitting area.
The lower level has a large sitting area with a patio that
leads out to the yard and the water. There is also an exercise room
with a large window so you can enjoy the view while staying in shape.
Off the exercise room is a laundry room with a new washer and
dryer and new second bath.
