Two Night Minimum Rate $250.00 per night
Three Night Rate $225 a night
Christmas Week, Presidents Day Week and Martin Luther King Week Maximum rate applies to all rentals.
If you are interested in a full season rental call to discuss rates and terms.
All rentals require a $400 security deposit and a 50% rental deposit at the time of booking.
All rentals must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the rental date.
Security deposits will be returned 2 weeks after rental if the property is left the way it is found.
