The property is located in a gated community with hotels, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. In turtle breeding season, a walk at the beach in the early morning is likely to reveal baby turtles walking into the ocean after being born. Peaceful and quite setting, yet close to hotels, restaurants, shopping centers and the Nuevo Vallarta Marina.

Rates are in U.S. dollars. A 15% discount applies for stays 7 days or longer
- Base rate is $600/day, applies through year excluding season rates 
- High season rate is $750/day from 11/1 to 4/30 excluding Easter and New Year
- New Year season rate is $900/day from 12/14 to 1/3
- Easter season rate is $900/day from 3/24 to 4/6

- 50% deposit, fully refundable if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date and 80% refundable if cancelled between 59 and 40 days prior to arrival date, non-refundable if cancelled less than 40 days prior to arrival date
- 50% Remainder is due on arrival, prior to entry into property
- Value Added Tax of 16% not included in rates may be waived, consult property manager for details

- A security deposit of $1,200 is required and fully refundable within two weeks of departure, if conditions of property and furnishings are clean, complete and functional.
