  It is a short walk (approx 5 mins) or a short drive (less than 1 minute) to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach. Located on Dolphin Ave.
There is satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom. There is also an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach with hot/cold water. The house has everything you will need for a great vacation including washer/dryer and cooking utensils. BBQ by the pool on the patio in the fenced yard. 1 queen, 2 full, 1 full sleeper sofa. Cleaning is included in summer weekly prices.The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is definitely much better. This is the
part of the beach families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome. Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach . You will always have a great time here.     Why rent a condo or hotel room when you can get the whole house for the same price...or less. Spring Breakers considered
