Affordable Avondale vacation home rental located 20 minutes west of the Phoenix International Airport. This home is located in a quiet community many popular attractions. The home is fully furnished with new carpet, hardwood floors, and paint throughout. This is a very accommodating 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for your vacation.

This 3 bedroom house is fully furnished with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, one twin size bed in the 2ndbedroom, and two twin size beds in the 3rdbedroom.  All rooms have closets (master bedroom has large walk-in) with hangers, dressers, night stands, alarm clocks, and brand new carpet. The living room is furnished with a 50” flat screen HD TV, blue ray player, Direct TV (with NFL package), and brand new hard wood flooring.

The kitchen is set up to be able to cook full meals while on your vacation. It is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, mixing bowls, bakeware, and all new utensils. All new plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, and wine glasses. There is a glass top dining table that seats five.

The entire interior of the home has been freshly painted within the last six months. The home also has Wireless Internet, new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and two-car garage which guests are welcome to use. There is an outdoor table with four chairs and gas grill with a filled propane tank.  The house is furnished with complimentary toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, and brand new bath towels.

This home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The great location of this home has easy access to I-10 and Hwy 101 loop. Only a 10 minute drive away you will find the Cardinals Stadium, Coyotes Arena, and Westgate in Glendale. This home is 20 minutes west of the Phoenix International Airport, and only 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Located only 15 minutes south you will find the Phoenix International Raceway (NASCAR). Spring training baseball (Cactus League) has many ballparks all within a 20 minute drive from this home. The area of this home is filled with great restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping centers.

Fall rates - Oct. 1 - Jan. 15, $95 per night, $400 per week, $1,400 per month, minimum 3 night stay.

Peak rates - Jan. 16 - April 30, $130 per night, $600 per week, $2,000 per month, minimum 3 night stay.

Summer rates - May 1 - Sept. 30, $80 per night, $350 per week, $1,200 per month, minimum 3 night stay.

Nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100.
