Great News!!! The new public beach path is now open!!! Our home at
919 South Flamingo Circle is just one block away, so you can easily
walk back and forth to the best part of Marco's beautiful crescent
beach, just north of the Marriott. We provide beach chairs, towels,
and a cooler for your day at the beach.

Our beautiful three bedroom, two and one half bath, smoke-free home is
a clean and comfortable space well suited for a family or two couples.
It features an inviting foyer, living room, dining room, spacious
kitchen, family room, laundry room, and two-car garage.

The fully equipped, bright white kitchen opens on the right to the
spacious family room with flat screen TV, sectional seating, glass
dining set, snack bar, and access to the lanai. The formal dining room
and living room to the left of the kitchen are flooded with light and
feature comfortable leather seating, big screen TV, another glass
dining set, and 12 foot wide glass doors to the lanai.

Three sets of sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor living space
complete with snack bar, table and chairs, lounge chairs, TV, and of
course a gas grill! A full bath can be accessed from the pool area, so
there�s no need to worry about tracking through the house.

The master bedroom suite with ceramic tile bath features a king size
bed, TV, VCR, DVD and walk-out to the pool area. The second guest
bedroom includes a queen bed and TV and the third bedroom offers a
full size Murphy bed that can be tucked away to provide office space.
A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping
capacity.

The house features tile floors throughout for a low allergen environment.

HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET is provided at no extra charge, so don't
forget your laptop!

This is one of three homes we own on the same street. They are
perfect for family vacations and for those attending conferences
at the Marriott.
