This location offers the most spectacular views.
Three decks, two large remodled decks on the beach, 
one off kitchen area.
Very clean.all new paint and upgrades new playroom dvd & playstation.
Fantastic splitlevel layout.Provides outstanding beach views from
family room, dinning room & kitchen.Huge master bedroom with queen 
sized bed (lay in bed and watch the waves )with full bath.
second bedroom has twin beds, third has full sized bed,sharing full 
bath in hallway.Forth is large playroom with two pull out couches
Eat in kitchen with extra seats at counter. deck off 
kitchen area. Large dinning area seats 8. Family room complete with 
cable tv., vcr/dvd, gas fire place (16' high ceilings)  laundry 
room, out side shower. Parking for three cars with One car garage 
for easy and safe storage of beach chairs, bikes, surfboards ect.
Central air condition and heat.

Greatlocation, clean beaches, life guard on our street,surfing 
beach. It doesn't get any closer to the beach than here....
  
 Happy hour at the "Martini bar on the beach" 1/2 
block away.Close to everything... grocery store, ice cream, candy
