Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, our charming single-family villa is a spacious 2,032 sqft. of living space under A/C, plus a 2-car garage and an extended lanai of 700 sqft.

Built in 2012 our brand new home sits on a large, fully landscaped lot and is full of light from sunrise to sunset. It is overlooking an expansive view of a beautiful lake at the back of the house to the South-East. Although this is a new home there is no construction activity in the neighborhood anymore, so you can enjoy the sun and the birds, untroubled.

Suitable for up to 4 guests the dwelling offers 2 bedrooms and a den with free Wi-Fi Internet

Windows and doors with hurricane resistant glass provide the necessary security.

The 18-hole Championship Golf Course features challenging holes in an exquisite setting. There is no golf-membership transferable, but the course is open to the public from May to October. In addition – with great offers over the Internet or the “Big Summer Golf Card” – you can play many courses in the area year-round for an affordable fee.

The stunning architecture of the exclusive River Club is directly inspired from the Venetian Renaissance artists. Acting as the hub of all social activities it offers a resort and a lap pool, hot tub, tennis, bars, dining, super equipped fitness center, aerobics studio, spa, as well as walking the Nature Trail along Myakka River.

Our home sits in a quiet street but within short walking-distance of the River Club, which is not free to use. If you are interested, for an extended stay of 2 months and more we can transfer all privileges over for a one-time fee of $175 per group. You are NOT required to pay these fee, if you don't have interest in using the Club.

• Just 7 miles (15 minutes) to the beautiful Nokomis beach (with ample free parking).
• Many other Gulf beaches nearby including Siesta Key Beach (25 minutes), ranked as one of the top beaches in the world.
• Fishing & water sports such as boating, canoe and kayaking, all within 15 minutes.
• 15 minutes to Myakka River State Park that is one of Florida's oldest and largest state parks, famous for its diverse wildlife.
• 15 minutes to quaint historic downtown Venice for fine restaurants, shops and Little Venice Theater featuring Broadway shows and concerts.
