Beach Retreat - Upscale Gulfront Townhouse - Pool,Elevator, in Pensacola Beach

Beach Retreat is a spectacular brand new townhouse located right on the Gulf of Mexico. The views are amazing. This four bedroom designer decorated unit has 3000 square foot of indoor space plus a large garage and another 1000 square feet of decks!

We really are “on the beach” with direct views and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Read carefully descriptions for other properties before you decide which place is the right one for your vacation. You can drive into our garage and walk straight out to the beach.

The townhouse is located in the Regency Cabanas gated complex located on the Eastern end of Pensacola Beach. The complex has two pools and a boardwalk to the Gulf of Mexico.

The island bike path is just outside the complex and runs the entire span of the Island - all the way East to Navarre Beach or West to Ft. Pickens.

Beach Retreat townhouse is very elegantly decorated and has been designed for easy beach living. Most of the floors are travertine and reclaimed hardwoods with carpet in the bedrooms. The place is light and airy and well equipped for two families or four couples living together on vacation. The house has two living levels so that your group can spread out. The main living area of the house is on the second level with impressive views of the Gulf of Mexico. With four bedrooms this house provides ample sleeping for up to ten people where everyone gets a bed - no futons or sleeper sofas!

There is a large master bedroom suite with a king bed, a balcony overlooking the Gulf and an elegant master bathroom with walk-in shower, garden tub and roomy closet. There is another King bedroom on this level and a third room with two Queen beds – all decorated in the shabby beach chic look.

The second (main living) level has a King bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's, ceiling fans, full closet and a balcony. Hairdryers are provided in every bathroom. 

On the main level is an open living area with a spacious kitchen, dining area and family room with a gas fireplace and flat screen HDTV. The kitchen has all granite countertops, designer lighting, stainless appliances and bar seating for four. Everywhere in this living area you have wide open views to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  

The entertainment center in the family room includes a large HDTV with surround sound stereo, CD, DVD, ipod dock and Netflix movies. We have outdoor speakers to enjoy your favorites out on the deck!

There is a laundry room on the main level and an elevator.  Glass railings on the decks provide unobstructed views up and down the Gulf of Mexico. Lounge chairs and dining tables give your group a relaxing setting for outside dining and sunbathing.

The townhouse is built high off the ground with a garage under the living area.  Two cars will easily fit in the garage, possibly three. There is also parking just outside the garage for two additional vehicles. Other amenities include gas grill, free wireless internet (bring your own laptop), and flat screen TV's in every room. There is an outside shower to rinse off as you come in from the Gulf.

Pensacola Beach is about a 20-25 minute drive from the Pensacola airport, ten minutes from Gulf Breeze and 15 minutes from historic downtown Pensacola.

We typically rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter rentals are available during the off season months. 

Things to Do

Pensacola Beach is a great place for groups of all ages. We built our first home on this island back in 1983. The original townhouse was destroyed in Hurricane Ivan. Rebuilding has taken much longer than expected and we are thrilled to be back on the beach!

Pensacola Beach is not just a tourist destination – it is also a real community. We have our own elementary school, two full-time churches, a small grocery store and boutique shopping. There are free outdoor concerts on Tuesday nights in the summer, great bands at the local bars all year long, and a range of restaurants from burgers to fine dining. Not to mention the outdoor things you come here for - surfing, swimming, fishing, bike riding, and walking on the beach. Several charter fishing boats leave out of Pensacola Beach. The beaches are open for anyone to walk - throughout the entire island. We don't have any private beaches or walls of condos that stretch from the road to the beach. And if you feel you need outlet shopping, SilverSands Outlet Mall is 55 minutes via the newly opened beach road. Downtown Pensacola has become the "hip" place to hang out with fine dining, art galleries, museums and great night spots.

In the summer we rent Sunday to Sunday, weekly minimums. During the rest of the seasons we are more flexible with shorter stays and check-in days.

There is an 11.4% sale tax, a cleaning fee of $225, pet fee of $100.
