Vacation Rental Description

We would love to welcome you to our gulf coast vacation home on the  
beautiful Sarasota Bay.  You rent directly from the owner, so we are  
personally available to answer questions.  We strive to make sure  
all of our guests leave satisfied with their stay. 
 
This new 1200 square foot bay front apartment is less than 3 miles  
from the sandy white beaches on the Gulf of Mexico!  Completed in  
2002, this apartment is bright and beautiful, with cathedral  
ceilings, gourmet kitchen, and spacious rooms.  Living Room features  
a huge leather sectional comfortable enough to sleep 2. You will be  
swept away!  Modern decor with a tropical theme awaits you in this  
Extra-Clean rental.  Master bedroom has king-size bed and  
carribean/plantation-style decor.  The 2nd bedroom has whimsical  
Hawaiian furnishings and a trundle bed that converts to two twins or  
one king.  This would be a wonderful HONEYMOON destination!

Activities and Attractions

One of the fabulous things about this rental is its proximity to so  
many things to do.  Only 90 minutes to Orlando (Disney, Universal  
Studios, Sea World, outlet malls), 45 minutes to Tampa (Busch  
Gardens, Aquarium), and 20 minutes to Sarasota (Ringling Museum,  
Jungle Gardens, Siesta Key). 
 
We are right over the bridge (1.5 miles) to Anna Maria Island,  
Holmes Beach and Longboat Key.  Only 15 minutes to world-class  
shopping and dining at St. Armands Circle.  One of the country's  
largest outlet malls, located in Ellenton, is 20 minutes away!   
 
Plenty of golf, fishing, boating, wildlife, parasailing and every  
other water sport imaginable.  Boat ramps and bait are minutes  
away.  Mote Marine Aquarium is 25 minutes south with hands-on tanks  
and wonderful experiences for kids! 
 
And do not forget the RESTAURANTS!  We have everything from 5-star  
dining to wonderful mom and pop joints by the beach.  Picture  
yourself having a leisurely dinner at sunset by the gulf!

Jan - April $800/wk, $2550/mo 
May - Nov $600/wk, $1950/mo 
Dec $700/wk, $2200/mo

Deposits:   
*$250/wk, $500/mo, 50%/2+ mo Deposit to secure booking due within 7 days of  
reservation request. Applied to Rental Term. 
*Separate Security Deposit returned upon departure. 
*Initial Reservation Deposits are non-refundable within 30, 60, or 90 days of  
arrival date, depending on term.   
*Long-Term Renters Welcome!  Ask about our discount for rentals  
terms of 3 months or more.
