Relax on the deck overlooking the lake and enjoy quality time recharging, go for a kayak trip, or swim in the fresh Maine water.  With paddling access to Hogan Lake and the Little Androscoggin River, Whitney Pond is the perfect location for kayak and canoe enthusiasts.  Enjoy grilling outside or make meals using the new fully applianced stainless kitchen with diswasher.  Just minutes off route 26 near the Oxford Casino, this tranquil location is relaxation at its finest.  The sandy bottom lake is quiet and clear with very little boat traffic.

The knotty pine walls and ceilings make for a relaxing place to spend the evenings. Shevles are packed with books and board games for all ages. There is a hide-away pine loft perfect for the kids to have their own private play space or read in the cozy beanbag chairs.

The home sleeps 6 comfortably, with a bedroom upstairs containing a queen-size bed, a twin over full bunk bed in one downstairs bedroom, and a full size bed in a separate downstairs bedroom.  There is also a futon in the upstairs living room and a pull out sofa in the downstairs TV room. Two bathrooms with showers give you the convenience of a home away from home.  Downstairs remains cool and comfortable all summer!

Winter Rentals:

Multiple ski slopes are within an hour and ice fishing is available just outside the front door.  An ice skating rink is right off the first portion of the dock (installed on top of the ice) with great ice as long as weather cooperates.

The new Oxford Casino is minutes away.  A 30 minute drive to either Sunday River Ski Resort or Mount Abram Ski Area and one hour drive to North Conway, NH Shopping and entertainment area.  Head to LL Bean and Freeport for shopping an hour to the south.

Oxford Plains Speedway, Poland Springs Golf Course, and Sebago Lake Golf Course are also close by.

The lake home is open year round for winter activities such as ice fishing and ice skating.    Email for possible scrapbook friendly weeks or weekends.

Check-in is on Sunday and check-out is on Saturday.

$900/week or $3200/month NO CLEANING FEES.

Nightly and week-end only rentals available based on availability.
