While there may not be much I can tell you about the Disney area that you do not already know. Aside from the fact that everything is within a 20 minute drive. For the exception of Beaches which are an Hour and Half to either coast. Miami area is 3 hours and the Florida Keys are 5 hours drive. The house is close to the Backgate of Disney where the employees park and gives you quick and least crowded access. The home is located in the least populated area this close to Disney where across the street exist actual woods where an Owl and an Eagle often can be heard and seen doing whatever Owls and Eagles do in their spare time. I haven't seen the Otters lately; they usually are around from late November to January. They rarely advise me of their plans.
