This beautiful chalet sits peacefully along a creek at Collins Lake. The home is an easy walk to Ski-Bowl and the shops of Government Camp! The owner has made it a kid friendly home with baby gates on the stairs, a pack-n-play and a high chair!

The home is tastefully decorated featuring a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with all of your basic needs and then some and there is a great dining area with seating for four. There is also a patio table with seating for four on those sunny summer days!

The bedrooms are set up ideally for two couples as they both feature queen beds. The open loft space between the bedrooms has a twin over full bunk bed that is great for 2-3 kids.

The home has two full bathrooms upstairs with the bedrooms and a half bath on the main floor between the kitchen and living room.

Guests at this lodge are just steps away from the Collins Lake clubhouse with its grand Cascadian stone fireplace - the perfect place to enjoy that novel. Or, bring your towel and trunks and slip into the hot tub, the soothing steam of the sauna, or take a dip in the year-round pool. (The decks are heated!)

Notwithstanding all the fun things to do at the resort itself, Government Camp is the perfect headquarters for your forays into summer or winter fun. Lots of hiking and biking trails near this chalet. Skiers can take advantage of the Vacasa special at Mount Hood Meadows, or head over to any of the five ski areas nearby. Whatever you like to do, there's something for you in the Government Camp, Mount Hood area!
