Combined by an adjoining door, these two upper level apartments provide plenty of space for up to 10 guests. A 15 x 20 foot balcony outside each living area will guarantee your group has the best seats on the waterfront to people-watch and take in the sights and sounds of waterfront living. Visit the resident sea lions who frequent the nearby dock.

With two well-stocked kitchens (no oven) meals will be a breeze. Halibut, cod, salmon or crab bought fresh from the nearby dock will please any seafood connoisseur. Try one of the many ethnic restaurants or seafood restaurants all within walking distance. Better yet, stay home for dinner and order in delicious food from Sail Inn Cafe located downstairs. They even deliver to your door!

After a day of sightseeing, beach combing and shopping, return to enjoy the warmth of gas fireplaces (one in each living area, one in each bedroom) and enjoy watching movies or extended basic cable. WiFi too! Evenings can be spent soaking in one of the jetted tubs, then climb the spiral staircase and choose either a king or queen Tempurpedic bed or choose from one of two twin Craftmatic adjustable and massaging beds. A queen futon and hide-a-bed are also options.

Historic Bayfront is a working waterfront on which visitors can enjoy shops, art galleries, chowder houses, restaurants, fish processing plants and family attractions in turn-of-the-century storefronts from a bygone era. Magnificent views of the harbor seem to be constantly changing from the large picture windows in the living room!

Restaurants, bars, fishing and sailing trips and more are available within easy walk. Walk your dog on the quarter mile long boardwalk just across from your apartment! Tour the home of the famous Rouge brewery just a couple blocks away.

Other local attractions include the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Hatfield Marine Science center, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Undersea Gardens, majestic and unpopulated ocean beaches, two lighthouses, ocean and bay cruises, an oyster farm, scenic coastal overlooks and more! We'll arrange a sailing, fishing, or combo tour for you if you like. Crabbing, clamming, and fishing are favorite local pastimes. Come watch the whale migration in winter!
