Now imagine yourself waking up and walking outside barefoot on to a warm and bright patio sporting a pair of shorts and t-shirt. Your biggest decision of the day will be whether to play another round of golf, go swimming, or lounge around the pool/patio reading your favorite book. There is really no decision because you can have it all and then some.

Welcome to our vacation home for snow birds in the gated adult community of Leisure World -- a short 30 minute drive from Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport. Our well-furnished home offers a spacious ranch style floor plan complete with 3 bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queens), 3 full bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi tub), a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and family room with large screen television. Our home can sleep 8 people comfortably and offers plenty of room and storage space.

Just outside your front door is a large patio well-adorned with a cushioned tandem glider and lounge chairs allowing you to sit comfortably soaking up the desert landscape. Your front yard consists of a large sequoia, prickly-pear, and a host of other cactus, with roadrunners, rabbits, and other desert wildlife making their regular appearance.

As part of your Arizona snow bird experience, we provide you with your very own golf cart whether you want to play a round of golf on the picturesque 18 hole course, take a quick trip to one of the pools or Jacuzzis, or hone your skills in the arts and craft center. Leave your car(s) in our spacious 2 car garage, and roam through the gated community on the golf cart taking full advantage of everything Leisure World has to offer.

What better way to wind down your evening then with your spouse/significant other and/or friends on our more secluded back patio area with refrigerator, BBQ, and many citrus trees creating the perfect atmosphere. You can enjoy the stars in the desert sky thinking how you will spend your next day.

Looking for something to do?  Pools, golf, bingo, club house group activites....Check at the Community Center for the latest in games, events, concerts, activities, gaming, you name it!

Peak season is November through April, $2495 per month, plus 3% tax. 

Off season: May through October is $2000 per month, plus 3% tax. 

Pet fees:  by approval, $200 per pet, non-refundable.
