Our family of ten people recently stayed at the Niagara Inn.  Activities addressed the needs of all ages.  Teenagers could be active in the in-ground pool or with the pool table, Foosball, card games, hot tub, and television/movies.   Adults were able to read a book while sitting outside in a chair in the shade.  Wonderful restaurants were close by.
Our family of varying ages from 11 to 61 could get up and eat breakfast at various times, enjoy the nearby Niagara Falls and then return to the Niagara Inn for individual or group activities.  The Niagara Inn allowed a large space to be together as a family but also provided separate areas that people could be by themselves.  Wonderful place for families with teenagers!    2011 - Miller Family, Kansas

"I've fallen in love with this property since I first stayed here in 2007.  The accomodations are pristine and the addition of a THEATER Room is just incredible.   My husband and 2 daughters love it.   The owner is the best host ever.   You see him when you check in, and don't see him again until checkout.  Howver, if you need him he is right there pack full of information on how to make your trip a blast.  
The bedrooms are warm and inviting, each room has it's own temperature control (a big plus)... the view of the river from two bedrooms and living/dining room is priceless.    This property far surpasses the amenities offered at any hotel and you get nice clean appliances (new) and one of the most beautiful properties on Grand Island.   Just far enough away from the crowds and close to the action of Niagara Falls.  After a day of touring, it's just nice to turn on the fireplace and enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate (great place in the winter... and amazing in the summer). Movies and board games are great.    Main bathroom boasts his and her sinks that rivals any bathroom in the magazines.
Whenever I am in Niagara Falls, this is my choice.   I would recommend it to anyone looing for a cozy fun place to stay.   Cordell Matthews

"What a nice house ! We couldn't believe the Theater Room, what house has a 56' HDTV and 5 other TV's ! A very nice feature since in the winter. That and the hot tub, gas fireplace, and the Great Room with Cathedral Ceiling made this not only the best lodging we ever stayed in but also the best value. Falls were beautiful in the winter too, we didn't expect that. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it to anyone.
