Breckhaven in Breckenridge

Welcome to Breckhaven a ski access townhome with all the mountain charm and space you need for a fantastic vacation.

You walk into the lower level from the ground floor entrance or the 2 car garage. On this level you find two bedrooms and an extra den with a TV and pull out futon. Through the den is also where you access the private outdoor hot tub.

The upper level has the over-sized master suite with King Bed, private bath with tub and separate shower, and a tv. This is also where you will find the kitchen, and living room complete with fireplace.

Come spend a great vacation at "Breckhaven" with family and friends.

To get to the neighborhood ski access you must walk about 2.5 blocks. From there you will ski out on Peak 9, but will have to ski back in on Peak 10 (black trails). To ski back in you must be an intermediate/expert skier, you will lift up to Peak 10 and ski back to the Burro Trail and then down to where you started in the morning with another two blocks back to the property.

*NOTE: This home is not a true ski-in/out home, however, per real estate guidelines, is still classified ski-in/out. In order to get to the ski runs you will have to walk. In addition, ski-in/out is weather permitting.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults, or 9 total with children. The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles.
4x4 is MANDATORY during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access is through Peak 9 in skiing out or Peak 10 in skiing back in.
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $225 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
