Enjoy all the comforts of this 3,200 square foot home. This home is decorated with all the comforts in mind. This home boasts six large bedrooms and five bathrooms with most of the bedrooms having their own private bathrooms! All the furnishings are brand new including all the kitchen appliances, bedroom sets, pillow top mattresses, dining room furnishings, and family room furnishings. This carefully decorated home makes this a “home away from home” for all your family and friends to enjoy. This home may be large, but it’s great for both large and small gathering of friends and family.

We’re located on one of the best “No Wake” water canals in the keys. All the canals lead to the main Colorado River and offer a calm water flow for the kids and adults to chill and float while sipping on your favorite drink. The canals are perfect for swimming, kayaking, tube floating, stand boarding, and just plain fishing.

The Key Largo House also has a 65 foot private dock making it awesome to park several boats and watercrafts without having to worry about over parking your boat onto your neighbors dock. The swimming is also great right off the dock. Just throw in your inner tube, grab a drink and you’re floating in heaven!

The home amenities are all new furnishings, 65 foot private dock, 60” LED TV, Sterio, Cable, Netflix, Internet WiFi, Washer & dryer, use of a 2 car garage & several outdoor parking spaces, all kitchen appliances, blenders, cooking utensils and cookware. Outdoor amenities include peaceful sitting areas, outdoor table for 8, and a huge BBQ.

Parker is the playground of the southwest. Visitors and residents enjoy the natural beauty of miles and miles of Colorado river,  pristine deserts, and beautiful mountain vistas.

Parker not only offers water activities and off road activities, But has great golfing at the local Emerald Golf Course and 30 minutes away are six other golf courses in nearby Lake Havasu. Plenty of restaurants and nightclubs lining the river offer fun times. Also the nearby Blue Water Casino, as well as the famous Desert Bar & Grill offer great entertaining and attractions.

The water activities include boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, tube floating, fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, and even parasailing!  Off road activities include miles and miles of off-road trails for all sorts of ATV’s Motorcycles, and off road trucks to venture out into.

*May - September $600/night  with a 3 night minimum, or $3,600/week for a full week special deal!

April, October, November $400/night 2,400/week

Winter rates:

A monthly rate of $2,000 a month is available for the winter

Memorial Day, Tube Float (June 7th), July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Race weekend in October/February    $700/night with a 4 night mimimum
