Top Floor Corner Unit on Lake Michigan in South Haven in South Haven

This Top floor corner unit has 2 bedrooms and is located on one of the prime beach spots in all of South Haven.  Walk out to a large community deck fully furnished with tables, chairs, and lounges overlooking 200 feet of private beachfront.  The deck also includes a large heated pool overlooking the lake.  Inside the unit is a fully furnished kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher.  The living area has two twin sleeper loveseats.  The bedrooms include a queen size bed, dresser and his and hers closets  The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.  We provide the sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels. 

This unit includes one parking spot.  Grills are available on the deck for guests to use.  There is a kayak and beach chairs for your use, on the private beach there is also a volleyball net.  Coin laundry is available in the building.

This Unit rents Saturday to Saturday, by the week only. 

In season rates ~ June thru Labor Day $ 900.00 to $2,200.00 per week with 1 week minimum stay. 

6 person maximum overnight capacity.

50% deposit required at time of booking.  Balance is due by May 1st.  There is also a $ 300.00 refundable security deposit.
