A beautiful central air-conditioned pool view townhouse approximately 1800 sq. ft., across from the Intercoastal Canal and within walking/biking distance to Indian Rocks Beach on Gulf Boulevard.  Enjoy the Gulf Beaches and be just far enough away from the noise and busyness.  We are located in Seminole between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach with lots of activities in the area....Golf, Tennis, Kayaking,Fishing, State and Local Parks,shopping and many wonderful resturants are minutes away.

Three bedrooms-Master suite has a queen bed, full bath, tv and screened in porch overlooking the pool, Bedroom 2 is a Queen Suite with full bath and study area. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with full bath just outside the door. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area that seats six.  Living area with tv/dvd and opens on to screened in porch with bistro table.  Washer dryer, one car garage,linens provided, bicycles and fishing poles for your use, This is a non-smoking property and we cannot accept pets.

Tampa is 35-40 minute drive, Orlando is an hour and a half away.  Busch Gardens close by as is Fort deSoto Park, Clearwater Aquarium and John's Pass.

 Terms:
$500 due to secure reservation.  This converts to your security deposit and is refundable once clean checkout is confirmed.  Fifty (50) percent of rate/taxes and cleaning fees are due 60 days prior to arrival.  The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.  All security deposit refunds will be mailed within one week of checkout.
