You'll love the warmth of the Arizona sun and the majestic beauty of the Santa Rita Mountains from your comfortably furnished 1500 sq ft casita with carport and lots of storage. Located just a short drive to the Continental Mall and the Haven Golf Course this lovely home offers a roomy floor plan that includes a kitchen and dinette, comfortable living room, master suite, guest bedroom and fenced patio with mountain view. Green Valley is an active adult retirement community (one occupant must be 55) located 25 minutes south of Tucson.  There are 8 nearby golf courses, 13 community swimming pools and spas, 17 tennis courts, and plenty of hiking trails.  Just bring your personal belongings and enjoy the Arizona sun!

The living room is comfortably furnished has plenty of room for entertaining guests. The kitchen is modern with a clean, newer refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove, plus kitchen cabinets stocked with cookware and tablewear. The master suite is comfortable with a queen bed, dresser, night stands plus features a private bath and a closet.  The second bedroom has a twin beds plus there is a second full bathroom in the hall. The laundry area is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. Enjoy cocktails on your private patio equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs.  Men's and woman's golf clubs are available for you to use during your stay.

Desert Meadows Membership includes: swimming pools and jacuzzis, tennis courts, pickelball courts, billiards, dancing, lapidary, woodworking, clay studio, ceramic studio, arts and crafts, shuffleboard, fitness centers, sports and social clubs, and much more.  Desert Meadows charges a nominal fee to transfer our membership to you during your stay.  Madera Canyon, famous for bird watching and hiking on the many Santa Rita Mountain trails, Pima Air Museum, Sonoran Desert Museum, Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory, 17th century San Xavier and Tumacácori Missions, Tubac art galleries, Titan II Missile Museum, casino gaming and much more are all within 25 minutes of Green Valley.
