This lovely Key West style townhome is located on the barrier island of Indian Rocks Beach which is one of the best beach locations on the west coast of Florida.  This two bedroom, plus den, two  full baths, one half bath, spacious townhouse has everything you need for a great vacation , either weekly, monthly or seasonaly!  Off season nightly with a three night minimum. The living room is spacious and adjacent to the  dining room and kitchen.  the charming enclosed  den/office/sunroom overlooks the beautiful pool. The outdoor pool area has dining tables & chairs and a grill. There are two designated parking spots in this quiet, friendly neighborhood. The large fenced back yard overlooks our wide, deep canal which accesses the Intercoastal Waterway.  There are plenty of various fruit trees for you to sample. 

 This neighborhood is great to walk, bike or just sit and enjoy the atmosphere.  A short walk or ride to the neighborhood sandy beach is enjoyed by all, anytime.  The trolly can pick you up on Gulf Blvd. and take you as far south as Passagrille or north to Clearwater Beach.   Great shopping  and all types of restaurants are nearby too and all within walking distance. PJ's Oyster House is on the same St, walk to Crabbie Bills loading dock for breakfast, lunch, dinner or happy hour.  There are at 8 - 10 restaurants and/or bars within walking distance as well as an icecream shop, bicycle rentals, paddle board rentals etc. The beach access is one short block away. There is a boat ramp nearby.

This 1200sf townhouse has a master bedroom with a king size bed & gorgeous updated, modern private bath, the 2nd bedroom has a full and a queen bed alog with a full bathroom & the den has a full size sleep sofa, with the half a bath right next to it. All linens & towels are provided.  The spacious eat-in kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, blue pearl granite, a counter with 4 stools, microwave & coffee maker, dishwasher. Washer and dryer, ac, heat, and cable. The CHA & ceiling fans keep this house comfortable all the time. The intercoastal breeze  is very enjoyable too.

We have a flatscreen in the living room as well as masterbedroom.

There are many activites  and attractions here!  Visit the beach, restaurants, museums. Great shopping on and off the beach, golfing, TENNIS, football, baseball, bowling, skateboarding, fishing, biking, kayaking, prasailing,   Disney World!  We have it all! Just ask.
