Come see why we have made Steamboat our second home!! Our townhome is in a quiet location just minutes from the ski area. We are a 2 minute drive, 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride to the gondola. Our unit has a heated one car garage, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 baths. The master suite has vaulted ceilings, walk in closet and lovely bathroom with marble countertops. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has double bunk beds and is very kid friendly. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar, solid granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and luxurious wood cabinetry. The back patio has outdoor seating and a grill for summertime bar-b-ques. The pool and hot tubs are a 2 mintue walk, well kept and have lovely views of the valley. In the summer you can bike to the Yampa Valley Trail or mountain bike straight to the gondola for some downhill fun. Grocery store and ski rental shops close by. Our unit is clean and well kept. We have board games and cozy blankets to relax in front of the fire and children's toys/books are also available.
