Efficient, tidy and very clean. Duplex, two story layout with cethedral ceilings, with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, living room dining room and kitchen downstairs. Lots of light and windows. No one above you, and you are on the end right next to the pool and jacuzzi! Two Patios bookend the spacious living room, two balconies upstairs one for each bedroom!

Mini stack washer & dryer, central air, WIFI internet, phone and cable, even a fireplace!

Well kept grounds, and your own parking spot steps from your ground floor door. No units above you, the structure is two level with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, living room dining room and kitchen downstairs.

Music and book library, local guidebooks, games, TV downstairs in living room and upstairs in master bedroom. Lots of closet space. Dishes, cooking utensils, full sized frostless refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, full sized range with oven.

The Waikoloa Market has many varieties of foods, including Japanese, along with a wide selection of beer and liquors. Fresh fish is available six days a week!

The Waikoloa Village Golf Course is located directly across the street (we are closest to the 14th hole). This Robert Trent Jones designed course has views to take your breath away.

Hapuna Beach, often called the best beach in the world, is a short six mile drive down the hill.

There are a number of incredible world class beaches less than ten minutes away. Great scuba diving and snorkeling spots are in the area, from boat or from shore.

Waimea, a short drive up the hill, boasts some of the finest fruit and vegetables you may ever have tasted.

Towns of Hawi, Kapaa and Honokaa, the cliffs and valleys of Pololu and Waipo are easy drives.

Christmas we require minimum of 1 week, otherwise 3 night minimum stay.

$66.67/night for stays of a month

$86.00/night, $602 total for stays of 7 days.

3 days to 7 days, $106/night.

Base rate is for 4 people, extra people $20/night, children are counted as people.

$200 refundable Damage Deposit.

13.42% Hawaii Taxes must be included on RENT portions.

Balance due 60 days before arrival.

To book, invoices over $1,000, 50% down; for invoices under $1,000, $500 to hold unless invoice is less than $500 then full amount is due to hold.

Cancellations made with 120 days notice are refunded.
