Stunning Beach House, Steps to Ocean, Pool/8 Person Spa in Fort Lauderdale

Welcome to Center Beach and thank you for visiting us! Our stunning 4 bedroom and 4 bath (2 master suites) beach house is 140 yards from tropical Fort Lauderdale Beach. When not at the beach enjoy our newly designed waterfall pool and 8 person spa.  We named our home Center Beach because it is located on Center Avenue, steps to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. Fort Lauderdale is near and dear to our hearts as we lived there for many years and have many family and friends there. After moving to Nashville and missing Fort Lauderdale Beach, Center Beach is now our vacation home. We invite you to make Center Beach your home away from home....we know you will enjoy it!

We have had the good fortune of staying in many five star hotels and resorts such as the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys. These places have had a strong influence on how we designed Center Beach from the bed linens and mattresses to the kitchen to the outdoor pool and spa. Center Beach can sleep 10 comfortably in the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

We invite you to relax outside on the beautiful and tropical patio. The patio is covered with high hat lighting. There is a 32 inch LCD TV in the patio to enjoy the game. The pool has a barrier fence to protect the little ones and can be removed upon request. The large 8 person hot tub has two 30 inch spill over waterfalls into the pool. If you are in the mood for grilling out, there is a Weber Natural Gas Grill. The patio is excellent for entertaining, as there is ample patio furniture.

Escape after a long sun filled day to the upstairs Master Suite. The king size bed with the mattress and linens of the highest-quality....comparable to 5 star hotels. The room is equipped with a 42 inch Plasma TV with a smart remote. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone/iPad. Walk-in closet is spacious and organized with hangars, shelves and two luggage racks. The bathroom has a dual vanity, walk in shower and free standing soaking tub.

Second Master Suite is tucked away downstairs. This very spacious bedroom has a king size bed with a high-quality mattress and linens. It is equipped with a 42 inch Plasma TV. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone. The very large walk-in closet is organized with hangars, shelves and a luggage rack. There is a nice private bathroom with a combination shower and tub.

The upstairs Guest Bedroom has two very comfortable queen size beds with high-quality mattresses and linens. This large bedroom has a 30 inch Plasma TV. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone. Closet is organized with hangars, shelves and a luggage rack. The private full bathroom has a shower.

The downstairs Guest/Office bedroom has a daybed with trundle with two single high-quality mattresses and linens. This room has a desk and a Plasma TV. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone. The full bathroom has a shower.

The beautiful dining room table can seat 8 and an additional 4 can be seated at the counter. While having dinner you can overlook the beautiful pool and hear the waterfalls.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There are four counter stools. For the chef, there are full sets of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, etc.

The downstairs living room has a 55 inch Plasma TV with a sound bar. There is a leather sofa and cocktail tables.

The upstairs living area has a 50 inch Plasma TV. Bring your Xbox / Playstation for the kids and movies to play on the Blue Ray.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer. 

We have a child who is allergic to pets....so please no pets.  

Also, absolutely no smoking on the premises.

Center Beach is 140 yards from tropical Fort Lauderdale Beach. There is beach equipment for your use: chairs, coolers, boogie boards and 2 bikes. Additional bikes can be rented 2 blocks north. Paddle boards may be rented a 1/2 mile south and 3 mile down the beach you may rent sail boats, wave runners, surf boards, etc.

The nearby restaurants are fantastic! If you like steak you have Capital Grille, Steak 954, and Rare. If you like seafood you have Ocean 2020 and Trulucks. If you like Italian you have Casa D’ Angelo and Café Martorano’s. Our favorite place for breakfast and lunch are in Las Olas, La Bonne Crepe and Noodles Panini. All of these restaurants are all within a 5 to 15 minute drive or taxi.

There is fishing, parasailing, diving boat charters, and tours 3 miles away at Bahia Mar. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas is approximately 5 miles away. The swimming hall of fame is 3 miles away. The Discovery Museum and IMAX theatre is 5 miles away.

Excellent shopping is 3 miles away at the upscale Galleria Mall. A two story mall which is anchored by Neiman Marcus, Macy’s and Dillard’s and features 150 shops. Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Boulevard, a favorite trendy shopping area is less than 5 miles away.

If you are a golfer, ask about the "house guest" membership for a week opportunity at a private club a little over a mile from Center Beach.  

The season rates are from November 1 until May 15.  

During season the weekly rates will apply for rentals on most of the weeks.  

If you see open dates on the calendar email for pricing, lets negotiate a good deal for you.

For 10 people you will not find a better deal in any hotel.  Also, the decor and comfort in this house is second to none.
