This 3 story townhouse is located in a luxurious self contained gated community featuring a massive professionally landscaped courtyard with walking paths, benches, fountains and a POOL! The pool area has a large sundeck for you to set up your chairs, sit back, relax and enjoy! Here you will also find 2 gas grills accompanied by table and benches for poolside dining with friends and family.

When you enter on the first floor you will find a bedroom with a full bed. This level also contains a full bath. Up the stairs, you will find a large living area with hardwood floors throughout. This area contains an amazing kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, garbage disposal and breakfast bar. Also, on this level you will find a half bath and laundry room. In addition, there is a dining area with a large table. There is a large family room with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV. The third floor has a beautiful master bedroom with a queen bed, its own full bath and private balcony. The second bedroom has a full bed and its own private balcony for you to watch the Friday night fireworks. The third bedroom on this level features 2 twin beds. There is an additional full bath on this level as well.

All bedrooms are euipped with TV and cable. There is also WIFI available within the unit.

No pets allowed- this is a by-law of the condo association.

This is a non-smoking rental. Failure to comply will result in forfeit of security deposit.

A non-refundable security deposit of $50.00 will be required for all rentals.

Cancelation/refund policy

Cancelations made less than 21 days are non-refunadable. Cancelations made prior to the 21 days are refundable if the unit is rented at the same rate. If rented at a lower rate the diffrence will be deducted from deposit.
