Snowbirds Paradise! Enjoy your winter in a 5 star over 55 resort. This 2 bedroom den, 2 bath with 2 car attached garage has been newly furnished with an island flair. The large lanai overlooks a lake which always has waterbirds to enjoy watching. The beautiful clubhouse has many amenities and activities to enjoy including: dances, get togethers, cards, billards, craft room with pottery equipment, library, computers and more. There is a well equiped fitness center with aerobics and yoga classes. First class tennis courts with a tennis pro is available as well. For those who like to swim there is an indoor and outdoor pool (also has a spa and sauna). If you enjoy biking or walking there is miles of walking and biking trails.
The Cascades is a few minutes away from the Southwest Airport in Fort Myers and world class shopping is minutes away at 3 malls: Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point. The beaches are 15 minutes away and there are numerous golf courses.
The house will sleep 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed, guest bedroom a queen bed, and den with queen sofa sleeper. The house is nicely appointed with everything furnished, including all linens, kitchen supplies, washer, dryer and a 48" HDTV and wifi.
