Monthly rentals available at $2500 per month Off Season May thru October.

                                                                   July 15 - Aug 15 not available.

Monthly rentals available at $2750 November-December.

Monthly rentals available at $3000 January-April.   Jan/ Feb/ Mar 2014 is not available

$1,000 security deposit plus $100  cleaning fee required.

This place was a perfect getaway from the cold February weather in the Northeast. The photo' s and description of the property were right on target. The place was well maintained and the personalized touches were most appreciated. I would rent this condo again possibly for a longer stay.. The location was centrally located with easy access to both daytime and evening activities. The pool was conveniently located and a perfect temperature.

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

my husband and i stayed at this condo in january. The description is very accurate and the pictures were just as things were, the condo was clean and decorated in a nicely updated decor. the master bed was very very comfortable. the location was convenient to everything, restaurants, small deli, beaches and area to go fishing. my husband did both charter and private. we were able to bring the fresh fish to a local restaurant and they cooked it for us in different ways. delicious. there was a waling path across the highway rt 1 which was great for morning walk. my husband likes to cook and the variety of spices were just great...a nice personal touch.. the pool was right sacross the road, warm and nice clean pol furniture and umbrellas.. I would recommend this property. the owner always responds in a prompt manner.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing

Owners response: We take a lot of pride in our Keys property and it is really nice to have a vacationer appreciate it and take care of it the way we do. We didn't have to touch a thing when they left. We would love to have them return next year.
