Located on the top floor of a low density condominium right on the water, The Top of the Gulf is the perfect place to get away from it all! Imagine two balconies, two livings rooms, two kitchens, two washers and dryers and you begin to get the idea! The Top of the Gulf is the perfect getaway for your extended family or two families or anyone who needs more than the standard Gulf Shores’ condo.

The Top of the Gulf is actually two separate 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos that must be booked separately but can be joined by unlocking a common door connecting the two living rooms.  Or choose to rent just one side.  Both condos have been recently renovated with your comfort and relaxation in mind. And both condos share the amazing view of surf and sand that have made Gulf Shores THE beach vacation destination.

Both living rooms feature flat screen cable TVs with DVD and VCR. There is wireless internet throughout, and the flat screens can be converted to monitors for your convenience. You’ll enjoy two kitchens equipped with all of the essentials and two dining areas seating a total of 17 people! There are 2 masters with King sized beds and private baths, 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds that share bathrooms with two bedrooms with Twin beds. This condo is definitely double the fun!

And we haven’t forgotten the details! There are luggage racks, ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms and the bathrooms have curved shower curtains for your comfort. The balconies each have 4 rocking chairs – perfect for enjoying the magnificent view!

All of you will enjoy the pool, cleaned twice daily for your comfort and safety and the State Park, just a short walk away. There are also numerous restaurants within walking distance. The Top of the Gulf is your ultimate vacation package and we look forward to sharing it with you!

The Top of the Gulf is located at 511 E Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, Al 36542. Our goal is to give you the absolute best value in beach accommodations today. We want you to feel that the value you are getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! We pride ourselves on our repeat customers. Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $125. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
