The canals are perfect for swimming, kayaking, tube floating, stand boarding, and just plain fishing.

The home amenities are all new furnishings, 160 foot private dock, 60” LED TV, Sterio, Cable, Netflix, Internet WiFi, Washer/dryer, garage parking, several outdoor parking spaces, all kitchen appliances, blenders, cooking utensils and cookware. Outdoor amenities include peaceful sitting areas, outdoor table for 8, and a huge BBQ.

Parker not only offers water activities and off road activities, But has great golfing at the local Emerald Golf Course and 30 minutes away are six other golf courses in nearby Lake Havasu. Plenty of restaurants and nightclubs lining the river offer fun times. Also the nearby Blue Water Casino, as well as the famous Desert Bar & Grill offer great entertaining and attractions.

Fall & Spring rates:

April, October, November $400/night 2,400/ for full week special deal

Winter rates:

A monthly rate of $2,000 a month is available for the winter months (December - March)

Memorial Day, Tube Float (June 7th), July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Race weekend in October/February    $650/night with a 4 night mimimum
