The wonderful 1,050 sq. ft. sun filled condo with its breathtaking bay views provides all the comforts of home. It can't get any better than that! Everything in the condo is of high quality and was furnished & decorated with the goal to maximize the comfort for our vacationers. This is truly a one of a kind vacation spot! The newly remodeled home offers new flooring, quality carpeting, high-end appliances and new furniture in almost every room.

The living area has high ceilings and light & bright open floor plan. The view is absolutely stunning. In summer, you can watch the Sea World fireworks every night. You will enjoy the luxury of a 52' HDTV with Dolby surround system, and DVD in the living room, a 40' HDTV in Master bedroom and 32' HDTV, DVD and I-Home radio in 2nd bedroom. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people. The gourmet kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, fridge w/ice maker and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, reverse osmosis water system, Bose sound dock with I-pod and much more.

Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the Master, a double in the second bedroom and sofa bed that folds to a queen bed in the living room. The Master suite offers an attached bathroom shower and jetted tub.

The condo is on the 3rd floor in a gated building that offers an elevator, free laundry and a pool/lounge area on the first floor.

There is one assigned garage parking spot. Additional parking might be available upon request.

Linens, towels, various supplies, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, high chair and a baby crib are provided for your convenience.

You will love this beach retreat with its truly priceless location. A wonderful park with a very nice big playground is right in front of the building. You are only a short walk away from a variety of nearby stores, restaurants, bars and fun beach activities. You will have easy access to highway 8 and 5 and all major attractions are within 10-20 minutes by car.

Centrally located in Mission Bay, this wonderful vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park.
