Blueberry Ribbon Desert Ranch-Death Valley & Las Vegas Gatew in Pahrump

Welcome to Blueberry Ribbon Desert Ranch - a great getaway on 1.5 acres with surrounding pine trees and vegetation.  The home is comfortable, well maintained, and about 15 minutes from town restaurants and grocery stores.  It is in the northern part of Pahrump Valley with nice desert mountain views and centrally located for day trips to: Las Vegas activities or natural scenic areas such as Death Valley National Park, Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, Charleston Peak (snow sports in winter or lovely views & cooler temperature during spring & summer), and Red Rock Canyon (popular hiking and bicycling area).

The home offers serene living in a quiet rural setting with beautiful star gazing evenings.  It has a large spacious Southern entry deck with outdoor gas BBQ grill, table & chairs, and another
deck on the Eastern side of the home with double entry French doors to living room. 

The Southern deck and Front door entry leads to the Family room and reading area with two large chairs and game table.  The living room is located in the north east part of the home and has a very comfortable sofa & chair with ottoman, two extra chairs, ceiling fan, and flat screen satellite TV. 

The master bedroom has a queen size log bed, spacious closet space, ceiling fan, a full size bathroom with an oversized bath tub. The other two bedrooms have double beds and are adjacent to a full size bathroom.  There is an extra queen size air mattress available for use in the family
room.

Kitchen is spacious and fully stocked and includes refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and adjacent Laundry room with washer and dryer.   There is seating for 6-8 people for dinning:  the dining nook seats four, kitchen counter has two bar stools, and family room has a game table for four.

There is plenty of guest parking on private property - RV or trailer/boat parking possible. Wireless internet available.

The property location is central for travel & adventure to enjoy Las Vegas activities or natural scenic areas such as Death Valley National Park, Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, Charleston Peak (snow sports in winter or lovely views & cooler temperature during spring & summer), and Red Rock Canyon (popular hiking and bicycling area).

Pahrump resources are larger than a small town but smaller than a busy city. Serene desert living with nearby town stores, restaurants, casinos, and two local wineries. There are many activities & points of interest within or surrounding Pahrump: ATV Trails, Speedway Race Track (public race track), Front Sight Firearms Training (public shooting range), and town celebrations in town park, etc.

**Special weekly rate $840/wk - $120/day for a maximum of six people.**
