Bella Terra Townhome in Fort Myers

This home has 2200 sq feet and is turn key.  It was built in 2006 with quartz kitchen counters and tile throughout the downstairs.  The upstairs has carpeting.  The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable  kingsdown mattress, large walk in closet and master bath with a separate shower and garden tub.There are twin beds in another bedroom.  A loft area separates the master bedroom from the other bedrooms and bath.There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and a large lanai with gas grill and patio set for eating outside.

Resort style pool and another satalite pool, bocce ball, softball, inline skating, vollyball and 4 tennis courts.

At the clubhouse there is mah jongg, cards, games, and once a month evening socials, breakfast and luncheons.

  The airport is 15 min away and some of the best shopping is found in this area.  Shopping includes  Miramar outlet mall 3 miles away, Gulf coast and Coconut Point Mall.

There are several beaches very close all about 12 to 18 miles away. 

The longer the stay the less the monthly rate.  I would like to find a renter for 5 mos. or longer and the rent would be $2200/month. Shorter stays are as follows:

2 mos $2700/mo.
