This Resort Villa offers Old World Charm just a short stroll to the
sparkling white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Our home is a
private residence in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in
Destin. We want you to be comfortable here so we have seen to it
that you will have everything that you need or want. As you enter
Tuscan Sun you will be enchanted by the large open living area with
the warmth of sun light coming from the sky lights in the vaulted
ceiling. You will enjoy the comfort of the large sofas and chairs to
relax in as you enjoy a movie or just the company of those who you
love. The modern fully furnished kitchen and laundry room will keep
pace with the busy vacation schedule. Or just plan a meal together
in the comfortable dinning room with its 6 cushioned chair and 4
cushioned bar stools. If you are the chef you will enjoy grilling
out on one of the two grill just out side your door with either gas
or charcoal. Or you may just enjoy sitting on your front porch in
the cool breeze from over head ceiling fans as you keep and eye on
the activity at the pool. Or maybe a picnic is in order next to the
sparkling water of the pool as the young ones enjoy themselves. As
you retire for the evening you will be impressed with the spacious
master bed room and bath. Its large walk in closet could almost be
another bed room. The jetted spa tub will relax you even more. The
double sink vanity and separate shower makes the master bed room a
real treat. Cleanliness and charming atmosphere will invite you back
year after year. Emerald shores is a world in itself.
There are plenty of activities that won't cost you a dime... Evening
strolls along the shore, beachcombing with your little ones, jogging

lot to walk! Park right next to your home. Our home is truly

runs from home to the private cabana on the beautiful white sands.
The privately owned beach pavilion is for Emerald Shores owners and
guests only (entry code), and is accommodated by private bathrooms,
outdoor showers, vending machines .

Call for Monthly Winter Rates

All rates reflect 6 occupancy. A $100 charge for every person
over 6 up to 10. 50% deposit of total weekly rental at time of
booking, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 security
deposit required 30 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fees included in

weekly rental; less than weekly subject to $100 cleaning fee.
