The Treehouse cottage is located 3 miles North of Pentwater, on Lake
Michigan, at 7324 South Montgomery. The lakeside decorated cottage
is nestled on the side of a
sand dune, and has full views of Lake Michigan and private
beachfront. The white sugar sand beach is a short walk down the
driveway. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen(no D/W), 2
bedrooms(1 Queen, 1 set of bunks), and a double-size futon in the
living room.
A large front deck includes comfortable chairs and dining set, and a
2nd deck with beach furniture is located on the beach.
The cottage measures 20' wide X 24' deep. If it's not enough room,
another 2 bedroom cottage is available to rent right next door.
Beach level deck is shared with renters from cottage next door.

Pentwater is 3 miles away, and Ludington is 10 miles away. Both
have numerous art fairs and concerts throughout the summer. Also
enjoy: swimming, boating, hiking, fishing. Nearby activities
include: go-carts, golf, dune buggy rides, sea doo and
boat rentals, biking, an Elk Ranch, Michigan Adventure Water Park,
horseback riding and rodeos at JJ Ranch, multiple sports
activities.

Early or Late season: May 24-June 13 and August 30th-Oct 15: $700/week
Weekly rentals are Saturday 4pm - Saturday 11am
$400 rental deposit to reserve
