Vacation Rental Description

Located on the waterfront of Lake Winnipesaukee in the town of  
Meredith NH, this 19th century lake cottage is on a natural gentle  
sloping sand beach. Views of mountians, bear, pine, and 3 mile  
islands.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cottage is equipped with  3 bedrooms (maximum occupancy 6 persons  
including children), bathroom with tub (shower located outside),  
living room, dinning room, kitchen with gas stove and microwave, open  
deck and screened porch.  The beach has 126ft of gently sloping sand  
and is excellent for children.  The shared dock will accommodate up  
to a 22ft boat depending upon lake water level. There is also a swim  
raft placed at a depth of about 8 feet of water. Car and boat trailer  
parking is available but limited. Picnic tables and gas grill are  
also available for use.  Sheets and towels are not provided. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental is on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday and is $1600.00  
per week plus deposits. No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.
