This is a great studio with a cottage feel. It is newly renovated, cozy, eclectic, clean, private, well maintained property. Sitting in the middle of Wilmington, it is only 8 minutes to Wrightsville beach, 5 minutes to UNCW, and 12 minutes to downtown. A small private yard for cooking out! Some range views of the marsh on Hewlett's Creek! Bed linens, 1 roll TP, 1 roll paper towels,and 2 trash bags are provided. This is a perfect property for someone traveling solo, or a couple. Not available until April 1st. Pictures will be posted as renovations are completed.
