You will feel welcome the moment you enter this beautiful high-rise penthouse hosting a beautiful view. This condo has a Master Bedroom Suite and a second bedroom on the main floor, as well as an upstairs loft with 2 additional beds.
There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 powder room. Comfortable furnishings in the Living Room are accented by a gas fireplace, large screen TV, and cable TV with a DVR, including HBO, with internet movie access (Netflix access provided free). The granite kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, and a unique round pass-through into the living area. There is a walkout balcony with a panoramic view overlooking the beach and the bay.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a King size bed, a flat screen TV, a European style shower in the bathroom and a large walk-in closet. There is a walkout balcony with a panoramic view overlooking the beach and the bay.
The Second Bedroom, located on the main floor, is furnished with a Queen bed and a view of the Bay.
