Fabulous Marina Bay on the Intracoastal; boatslip and garage in Flagler Beach

This is the largest of the Marina Bay condos, and it is perfectly
located for privacy and wonderful views. It is in the southwest
corner of the southern intracoastal building, and so has an open
view of Silver Lake and the ICW. There are no other buildings to
block your view out any window, and you won't hear the noise from
A1A.

The condo has been professionally decorated, and will not
disappoint. It is on the second floor of a building with an
elevator, and is compatible for those with disabilities, with it's
step-in-shower in the master bath, and stair-free access.

Master Bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed.
Bedroom #3 has a trundle bed which makes into a pair of twins.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with traditional tub.
Garage is included. My Camry fits in the garage, but nothing much
bigger, unfortunately.
Proof of vessel liability insurance in the amount of $100,000 is required prior to use of the boat slip.
Trailers of any kind are not allowed on the property.
