Tropical Beach House with 20 m of front of the beach, perfect  for the perfect relaxing vacation by the sea. Located in  KM 9 from Chicxulub Puerto, the spot with the most beautiful beaches in the area. The beaches are wide and great for walking and seashelling.

Enjoy nature at it's best, Golf of Mexico, the ocean's waves, sunrise/sunset and kilometers of sandy beaches.

You can see the beutiful and exclusive Chicxulub sunsets or  you can swim at the pools located on the front of the house.

Progreso and Chicxulub offers most of the services of a city, like: drugstores, laundry, ATM, local and long distance telephones, internet places, market (meat, seafood, veggies, etc), video rental store, restaurants, etc. You can also go to Progreso´s malecon (like an ocean drive) and there are a lot of diferent sea food restaurants with delicious ceviches, fish, shrimp and some other seafood types.

The House is located in Chicxulub Puerto, a calm town of fishermen located to 30 min of Mérida, the State Capital. And you can also go to Chichén Itza and some other mayan places.

The house counts, with 4 bedrooms. and a service room and with 4 bathrooms, a full equipment open kitchen, and a livving and dinnign area all together. with a panoramic view to the ocean.

You can find about everything in Chicxulub: banks & ATM’S, hospitals, drugstores, a flea-market, clothing stores, laundromats, handcrafts, cyber centers, post offices and seafood restaurants along the beach.

Chichen-Itza: voted and named one of the new 7 wonders of the world is just an hour and 45 min. drive and sure worth it!

Uxmal (other impressive Mayan ceremonial center is about a 2 hour-drive) in your way there you can visit as well kabah, Sayil, labna and the Caves  of Lol-tun

Bird-watching, sea swimming, beach combing, shell collecting right at the front door        

Marina Silcer is a beach club where you can practice most water sports at really affordable prices: Water-skiing, kite-surf, kayaking (both in the sea or in the lagoon, rent of wave runners & sea-bikes, etc.·        

Small but quite peaceful and beautiful Mayan ruins are at hand-reach: X-Cambo (10 min. drive) and Dzibilchaltun (25 min. drive)

Merida with its entire splendor is the city you fly to when coming to Chicxulub and is only 25 min. from the house.·

Shallow-water Snorkeling

“Cenotes” (commonly referred to as Sinkholes) are underground rivers and wells that run across theYucatan Peninsula and are unique in the world. The most famous of all is Cenote Sagrado (Sacred Well) in Chichen-Itza although there are about 2,300 to explore in the whole peninsula…some of them with fossils from 65 million years ago. We can take you to visit some of the most amazing. Also we can take you to Scuba dive some of them.

Cave exploring and rappel have numerous options around the area.

Cancun and The Maya Riviera are a 3 ½ hour-drive.
