The home has sleeping arrangements for 12.  The master bedroom with bathroom has a king size bed, the two guest  bedrooms have two twin beds each and the three livingareas have two queen futon couches.  The 1800 square feet home is fully equipped to meet any vacationers needs.

Two of the three bedrooms have flat screen tv's.  One of the bedrooms has a game console. 

The swimming pool has a child proof cover that can not be removed by children.
