Chillaxing in Arrowhead Lake

The first thing I wanted to point out is that the owner of the property was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions about location and the property in general. The house itself sits on a nice little chunk of land with a decent front and back yard. The raised deck is in great condition, and made for a amazing view out into the back yard and woods around the property. There is a grill there that was more than adequate for us to cook burgers, ribs, and chicken and enjoy the great Pocono weather.

The interior of the property was absolutely gorgeous, spanning three floors. The top floor was a sun room with two beds, a TV, video games, a comfy couch, and plenty of room to relax. The next floor down was a open room that had the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The floors of that room were in great condition with a nice laminate(maybe real, cant remember) wood, and the kitchen had granite with a seamless sink that made cleaning up a snap. The table was big enough to house 8 people at once playing card games, and the living room had two nice sized couches that made relaxing fantastic. We didnt use the wood stove there as the weather made it un-needed, but it was available and added a great aesthetic to the house. That floor also had 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom having two beds and the other bedroom having a huge bed that we gave to the bachelor for the weekend.

The bottom floor had a game room to it and the highlight is obviously the pool table. It was in perfect condition and we used it often, all of us taking turns playing. There was also a nice card table and darts to play. This floor had another bedroom with a large bed and a washer/dryer for us to do any clothes we dirtied when we went to play paintball(All the nice places to shop and play are less then 30 minutes away.)

Finally downstairs there was a whirlpool tub. It looked amazing, but alas as I was with a bunch of other guys, I didn't get to partake.

I would rec. this property to anyone as the place was in amazing shape and the owner was nothing but helpful the entire time. If I plan to rent in the Poconos again, It will def. be this property.
