Beautiful home in a great location for dinning, groceries, and quick open water access. Downstairs area has a big screen with surround sound that allows you to hang out in the pool while you watch. Pool table, domino table and dart board and pet friendly! Multiple ceiling fans to help keep the mosquitoes from bothering. A great grill with a sink next to it to help in keeping the upstairs kitchen from becoming a mess. Ice machine, comfortable couches and chairs, plenty of lighting and parking and the pool is heated. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a screened in patio with a futon for that afternoon nap. Really have thought of it all with this place in terms of layout and amenities. Cecilia was also easy to work with and is easily reachable in the event of an emergency. Would highly recommend.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly

This is a great home, a wonderful find!

We loved the outdoor living area by the heated pool. We cooked on the grill, ate meals there, and watched the big screen TV (including while lounging in the pool). There is also a refrigerator, ice machine, pool table, dart board, and dominoes table in this covered, open-air lounge. The house is extremely well-suited for fun and entertainment, with comfortable furniture inside and out (beds, sofas, chairs). The upstairs screened in porch was perfect place for breakfast, reading or napping. The kitchen was great. We ended up cooking in every night but one, as the kitchen is so well-equipped and the supermarket is just a mile away. Within a mile or two there is also a movie theater, several restaurants, a coffee shop/bakery, and Harry Harris Park & Beach. John Pennekamp S.P. is about 12 miles away, and we enjoyed the fine kayaking & the glass-bottom boat tour to the coral reefs (we didn't snorkel or scuba this time, but would guess it is excellent).

The owners were so nice, thorough in their planning but laid back in their rules. Cecelia thought of everything, even putting air in the tires of the two bikes (which we rode everywhere), leaving an extra tank of propane for the grill, and fresh towels out by the pool. If you are looking for a wonderful house to relax, read, swim, watch TV/movies, and spend time with family & friends in the warmth of Florida, this is a magical place!!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Super clean greatly located home.

My family of 5 stayed here along with friends of our children and two pugs. The home was super clean and well equipped with linens kitchen items games and puzzles. The pool is heated and near the water. There is a wonderful screened balcony upstairs for the mom to hide and read her book. Yea! Our dogs loved it. The property is completely fenced in and they were able to wander around and play without us worrying about them. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen downstairs and watching the big screen tv from the pool! I can't wait to use this property again. It is a high end property at a great price. It is centrally located in the keys to enjoy day trips to key west and Miami beach.
