The apartment is very large, has 3 bedrooms with 2 queens size beds. The living room/dining area incorporates table with chairs, sofa and flat-screen TV, Internet, Wifi , A/C and and a good central heating system for the winter with some additional electric heater for each bedroom. The living room is spacious with lot of natural lights from his 4 large windows giving on East 12th street . There is a corner sofa, a dining table and some art works on the walls. 
The apartment can accommodate comfortably 6 people and up to 8 people upon request. 

BEDROOMS

There is 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds in each bedroom , two windows per room with natural light, a nights table and some night table lamp. We have two additional folding bed in the closet. 

THE THIRD BEDROOM 

Is for one person occupancy. 

BATHROOM 

The bathroom Is spacious with a large window and a bath tup , a mirror . 

KITCHEN 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, coffeemaker, toaster. There are pots, pans, cutlery for cooking. 

CLEANING & CHECK IN 

The apartment is well prepared with fresh towels and linens for bed and bathroom by a professional cleaning team, you can check in from our office located few blocks away or check in directly at the apartment upon request for your arrival. 

An additional fee of $90.00 is charged for cleaning.
